There will be no full review of Party Poker until we receive the name and address of the person who runs this business.

“Team PayPro” their offshore support (using internet or third-world phones that are 50% static) tells us to email for this information, and when we email they tell us to phone!

Asking for a supervisor and emailing Party and its affiliates (Multi-Poker and Empire Poker) has had no additional effect.

We simply wish to speak to someone in charge about our dissatisfaction. There appears to be no accountability at this site.

Knowledgeable supervisers should be available at all times.

And real-world identities and addresses of people high in the organization should be made public, not hidden.
