The Big Blind--generally check unless you have a normal raising hand.

If somebody raises versus your blind and there are few or no callers, fold unless you have a very strong hand.

If the pot gets big, you likely have the odds to call a single bet with many of the usual "limping late position hands". However, if you do call you will be folding after most flops.

If you face a raise and reraise get out of the way and fold anything but a monster.

The Small Blind. When you have to post the small blind, you play should loosen up slightly. It costs you less to call, so you get better odds.

Limp in with any of the late position "Limping hands" plus perhaps some more suited and connected cards. The more players limping ahead of you the more likely you should call with almost anything.

When somebody raises on your small blind, treat it like you are in late position and haven't posted anything. Be very tight. Half a small bet is all you have given up....don't chase.

When in the blinds, play your tightest after the flop--you are out of position for the hand. Get used to check-folding.
