Problem: Nothing shows up on the Tutorial pages where there should be a poker table.
Alternate Solution:

Step 1: You should be automatically asked to download a plugin from Sun Microsystems. If this is not that case and:
This should fix your problem! If it does not move on to Step 2! Or download a browser that
supports web innovation and doesn't wish to make the World Wide Web
into World Wide Windows.
Step 2. The problem lies in your browser and/or security settings. If you are attempting to view the applets from your home computer and they fail to load you may simply need to "activate java" in your browser's settings.
For Internet Explorer you need to go to... Internet Options at the bottom of the Tools menu. Select the Security tab. Click on the Internet Zone Click on the Default Button. Set your internet security to Medium. That should do the trick.
For advanced users, you can use custom security settings, only make sure Java is not disabled.
If that fails to work, go to Internet Options at the bottom of the Tools menu. Select Advanced then scroll down to Java (Sun) and enable that.
Netscape and Firefox Users Click Here
If you are attempting to see the applets from a corporate computer it is quite possible that the browser security settings prohibit the running of Sun Java applets in the internet zone. Your company's tech support should know if this is true. There is nothing we can do to help you in that case, except suggest you try visiting us from another computer.
If this does not solve your problem, please email our technical support with a much detail about your computer and browser as you know. Also tell us if you are part of a (corporate) network.
